Most of the UFO sightings by the military are through “cutting edge” technology, with multiple above-ground and Naval underwater detection devices that may still be under development.
Hence it would compromise national security to release the footage.
Elizondo has made remarks roughly “people need to move on from wanting their pound of flesh” and “the public’s response will be somber.”
If giving away secret tech is the only way to disclose it, then we won’t get it.
Or if all we can get is another grainy video so as not to give away secrets that help those opposed to the US, no one will be happy.
The good guys working behind the scenes have a fine line to walk.
To stay true to their oath and keep from betraying anyone is a near impossible task that isn’t simple.
Why is it so hard to just release UFO info?
Certain aspects will put people at risk and should be handled carefully.
We don’t expect much, and we expect it to happen slowly.
Maybe not all for good reasons, but we can see how some are good.
The gov is run by people at the end of the day, which are a mix of good, bad, fallible, and talented.
Not exactly sure where Elizondo falls on the spectrum, but we want to believe him.
This little era of disclosure was about the Navy and ONI wresting control of the UFO subject from the Air Force and AFOSI, which have cocked things up since the 1950s.
Now that the Air Force has been thoroughly discredited on the subject, it’s time to lock it all up and go back to before times status quo.
Let’s see how fast we forget once the subject disappears from the mainstream press.
It shows that if you were waiting for the military to be transparent, think again.
The military can no longer hide behind the old excuse of “weather balloons and atmospheric anomalies.”
The evidence is too compelling – ground and airborne radar, satellite images, FLIR/UV/Thermal imaging.
And high-definition onboard cameras record objects that defy our understanding of physics, propulsion, and energy systems.
There are also USOs, submarine contacts, and Avi Loeb’s recent call to explore possible extraterrestrial artifacts under the ocean.
The Navy may be more exposed to this phenomenon than the Air Force, just as how this may be more an ultraterrestrial phenomenon than extraterrestrial.
Maybe special projects like Galileo are needed by non-government sources to find answers.
