Who is Dr. James T Lacatski, AAWSAP Program Manager?

Dr. James T Lacatski, AAWSAP Program Manager

Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) Program Manager, at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), was James T Lacatski, D. Eng. He was a Ph.D. rocket scientist for the DOD.

His full name is James Thomas Lacatski, with a date of birth of 9 January 1951. He was also one of the authors of the new book about Skinwalker Ranch called; Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders’ Account of the Secret Government UFO Program.

On many occasions, the former (second) AATIP manager, Luis Elizondo, has referred to the program’s former (first) manager without using his name.

From 1984 to 1986, he was a joint author of several technical papers regarding plasma engineering investigations in Torsatron reactors.

Later in 1986, he was an Engineer Assistant in the Nuclear Design Section of Duke Power Company, responsible for reactor core design, operating predictions, startup, and plant support.

Lacatski was the head of AAWSAP, and most importantly, he was likely Sen. Harry Reid’s source of information. Reid states below that he is gravely concerned that Russia and China could pull ahead with UAP technology.

By May 2009, Harry Reid was concerned that the United States was asleep at the wheel, that the mixture of bureaucratic fear and scientific conservativism at the Pentagon was handcuffing the ability of the U.S. to make improvements in exploiting UAP-based technology.

So, from where did Reid get his idea that those nations even had a UFO crash retrieval program?

A senior scientist at the Defense Intelligence Agency, like Lacatski, could just be that source. Harry also believed that Lockheed Skunkworks had UAP crash retrieval items, but then he took retracted that statement.

In June 2004, Lacatski, Intelligence Officer, Missile Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, attended a U.K. conference titled “Ballistic Missile Defence.”

January 2005, James Lacatski was promoted to GG-14 within the DIA. And in August 2008, he was appointed as the COR and government project leader in the DIA’s AAWSAP solicitation number HHM402-08-R-0211.

And in April 2009, the DIA’s own internal magazine “Communique” showed Lacatski celebrating ten years of Federal service.

In August 2016, he attended an energy conference and listed a DIA email address as his contact details. Interestingly, his wife Wisal Abouo Lacatski had worked for NASA (at least around 1997.)

Robert Bigelow supposedly invited him out to Skinwalker Ranch, where he witnessed a floating object in the middle of a room. Lacatski then went back to DIA and told them that the Pentagon needed to start immediately researching what was going on in Skinwalker Ranch.

Skinwalker Ranch.

Below is some fascinating information about James T Lacatski (although Elizondo does not mention him by name.)

“UAP has even been associated with demons and anti-Judea Christian beliefs.”

Lue Elizondo stated that “I experienced this first hand during my time working at the U.S. Government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, where certain senior government officials thought our collection of facts on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena was dangerous to their philosophical beliefs.

In fact, my AATIP predecessor’s career (read Lacatski) was ruined because of misplaced fear by an elite few. Rather than accept the data as provided by a top-rank rocket scientist, they decided the data was a threat to their belief system and instead, destroyed his career because of it.”

It’s a fascinating and interesting statement by Lue and explains why Lacatski has not appeared in the public domain discussing his knowledge of the program and topic.

So if you are interested in Skinwalker Ranch mystery and UFO secrets, go ahead and read the book. Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders’ Account of the Secret Government UFO Program. The book additionally reveals the names of the people in the DOD currently running their UFO programs.

Why use rockets when you can use Nuclear Powered Electrogravitic Vacuum Blimps?

Why use rockets when you can use Nuclear Powered Electrogravitic Vacuum Blimps? This has the potential to take humankind to the stars and beyond. We call it electrogravitics, lights-state technology: the light-state technology vacuum blimps and the momentum relationship.

Vacuum Blimps

What’s lighter than Helium? The answer is Hydrogen. And what’s lighter than Hydrogen? Well, the answer to this one is Nothing.

It means that empty Space or Nothing goes into Space. That being, the earth goes to earth, water goes to water, air (Nothing) goes to air, and Space needs not bother about these things. Do you see the potential here?

So again, f you create Space, you will go high; if you create earth, you will go low, so empty Space goes to Space.

So, what’s so awesome about a vacuum blimp is that you can either create a vacuum inside your giant structure, which would make the object float, or you can kind of suck in the atmosphere and make it denser, which would make your blimp sink.

Vacuum Blimps can create more or less weight

  1. Create high pressure in a balloon – becomes heavier
  2. Create Space in a balloon – becomes lighter.

So, a vacuum blimp can become way lighter than air or even heavier than it could go underwater. Like these UAPs seen go underwater

Normal Collisions (Manifestations) and Rocket Tech

Now we’re going to dive into momentum and rocket technology versus electrogravitics. Rocket technology, you could say, uses normal collisions, and that happens in the “now” moment.

So when you consider the light state of the universe, you notice that matter is manifesting at nodes of overlapping electromagnetism.

Let’s consider a node of overlapping electromagnetism. The light that is coming towards this spot or “node” is from the future and the light that is coming off of it is from the past, so you could say that the object is being focused by the entire universe in the past, the present, and in the future moments.

Let’s look at a normal collision. You have two objects, physical objects as in two nodes, coming towards each other.

There’s no motion rather or interaction until the nodes actually collide or separate. You’re not changing the past of the object or the future of the object. You’re only interacting with the now.

Quantum mechanics will show you that matter is always in a constant form of manifestation, blipping in and out of solidity.

So an easy way to think of it is that you’re only moving the now moment, and the whole thing hasn’t really been fabricated.

Because it exists in the past, the now, and the future. So in order to the momentum, you would be that manifestation potential it’s the lag by not moving the past state of it or the future state.

Again, you get two notes coming to each other the notes have to get close to each other before they magnetically interfere enough to create some type of collision.

Normal Collisions (Manifestations) and Rocket Tech

A rocket filled with fuel, these bits of matter. The rocket just shoots out the matter, fuel; your mass goes in one direction, the other goes to the other. In the common collision, you feel momentum because you’re only working with them now.

Electrogravitics, Light-State, and Momentum

What electrogravitics does is works with the past state of the object as well as the future state of the object.

The incoming light state of a node and electrographic is what does is it shifts the nodes. This creates a stretching and crunching force.

And so you’re not actually moving the object with collisions in the now. You’re moving the past, the now, and the future of the object. You have moved the manifestation potential with the object at the same time.

Why use rockets?

So, the question is, why do we still use rockets to get to Space? The solution is; Nuclear Powered Electograviti Vacuum Blimps.

And this will take mankind to stars and beyond, and there is no question about that. this theory is coming from Alexei Novitzky. Please check out his ideas on YouTube. I think his ideas are very interesting.

NASA chief Bill Nelson suggests UFOs could be aliens

NASA chief Bill Nelson

The latest statement from NASA chief Bill Nelson suggests UFOs could be aliens. Are we ready for full disclosure?

The NASA chief hinted that some UFOs might be extraterrestrial life forms or beings from an alternate universe this week.

NASA boss Bill Nelson, who has served as President Joe Biden’s NASA administrator since May 2021, said he didn’t know for sure what some of the unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) seen by Navy pilots are.

He continued, “we hope it’s not an adversary here on Earth that has that kind of technology.”

He was bringing up the topic of the search for ET life and the enigma of UFOs after a back-and-forth about what would happen if a giant asteroid hit the Earth.

“Before we leave, I haven’t even talked about the search for ET-life. What do you think we’re doing on Mars?

We’re looking for ET life. This is a part of NASA’s mission, and that’s what this telescope is going to be looking for.

Are there other planets elsewhere where there is life?” Bill Nelson said near the end of an hour-long discussion with Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics.

“I know what you’ve seen is what the Navy pilots saw in 2004, and there have been some 300 UFO sightings since then.”

Bill said that “I’ve talked to those Navy pilots, and they know they saw something, and their radars locked onto it, and then all of a sudden it was here,” as he looked down, “on the surface, and then it’s there,” as he pointed up.

“And they don’t know what it is, and we don’t know what it is. We hope it’s not an adversary here on Earth that has that kind of technology, but it’s something.

So, this is a mission that we’re constantly looking for. What and who is out there? Who are we? How did we become as we are?

How did we get here? How did we develop? How did we civilize? And are the same conditions out there in a universe that has billions of other suns in billions of other galaxies — it’s so large I can’t conceive it,” he continued. So, are we ready for full UFO disclosure?

Is the UFO community becoming more politicized?

Everyone is serious about UFOs. But they reveal more about earthling politics. Whether you believe it or not. Is UFO disclosure a real thing, or is it a cover-up for a deeper political agenda?

Today’s discussion about UFOs seems to be politicized. The UFO-gurus out there take a political stand, and it’s either left or right.

Even the news anchor Tucker Carlson’s intervention in the UFO debate, in which he blasted the Pentagon for taking diversity issues more seriously than the threat of UFOs.

Even if you believe in Bob Lazar or Skinwalker Ranch, it is a political issue these days. Some UFO gurus, though, have already dared to go where (almost) no previous ufologists have gone before, and in doing so, they are revealing their political position, and it all seems to stem, as mentioned, from just political grounds.

Is the government taking control over the situation, or shall it all run its own course? Well, that depends on which side you take in this UFO battle

Is ufotwitter run by cyber warriors from China?

History has shown that every president has run their own agenda. From Barack Obama to Donald Trump. But is this also true for the UFO gurus?

On which side are they really working? Is there a bigger picture behind, for example, #ufotwitter? Is it run by cyberwarriors from China or Russia or maybe from Pentagon?

We have to be careful about what’s really presenting itself on the internet and social media in this new day and time.

A society’s reaction to things it can’t explain always tells us more about the community than about the thing itself.

This whole “UFO disclosure thing” might just be part of a cyberwar between nations like China, Russia, and the United States. Even more rouge countries might be involved in this cat-and-mouse game with disinformation.

So what do you think? Is this UFO disclosure a real thing, or is this just a cover-up for a political agenda? The truth probably isn’t out there, but something is.

Ufo Gurus from the right edge to a left position

Despite the enormous metaphysical and spiritual consequences which would flow from the UFO gurus out there, few people organize their lives around these beliefs.

Those dedicated “ufologists” who do so are sometimes mocked, and it all depends on which political side they take their stands from.

Take, for example, the famous ufologist Richard Dolan. He seems to be a libertarian with a leftist view on some things and a right view on other things.

This differentiates from Lue Elizondo, a former intelligence officer who seems to be more right-wing in his personal opinion.

The contrast is the well-known self-proclaimed and widely accepted UFO guru Steven Greer.

He seems to have a more spiritual leftist view on all this saga in the same category as another now well-known UFO guru, Angelia Schultz, AKA Añjali, that claims she has first-hand knowledge of the location of an alien base.

And that it is located in a mountain in the Mojave Desert and that she’s been inside to see it.

“there’s a group of ex-gov, mil, and IC personnel with backgrounds in this subject (including me) doing our best to move this topic out of the fringe and into the mainstream. We appear on Fox and CNN alike. The UFO phenomenon isn’t a party political issue. – Nick pope

She seems to be more left-liberal and hopes for a unifying moment, the kind which happens in science fiction when first contact with an alien species is followed by humanity putting aside its differences.

But, like American society, ufology today has been changing in ways that show how stifling and artificial such moments can be.

The variety of human identities amongst UFO gurus and their relationships – sexual, gendered, class-based, and racial, are different perspectives that will, in the end, reveal how politically and culturally divisive they really are.

This not only says something about the human psyche, but it comes at a cost for understanding the UFO phenomenon. So either way, these modern times show that there is a political aspect to this UFO saga, whether you believe it or not.

Exmouth Secret Base

Something is taking an extremely close interest in sensitive military facilities with links to nuclear weapons. Many of those UFO sightings are recorded in Australia’s National Archives.

Places like the remote town of Exmouth that is situated far north-west Western Australia. This is where a formerly US-run Naval Communications Station, Harold E. Holt, is located.

Exmouth in Australia

Most people have no idea of this secluded place. This massive secret base was established during the 1960s to ensure that in the event of a nuclear war, America’s Polaris submarines, armed with intercontinental ballistic nuclear weapon armed missiles, could be sent the critical launch codes for a nuclear apocalypse.

The base has been run by Australia since 1992. It has towering VLF (Very Low Frequency) radio masts that can send signals deep under the neighboring Indian and Pacific Oceans to communicate with submerged submarines.

It is also where many civilian and military witnesses have reported strange objects and apparently intelligently controlled craft for decades.

You can find out more about these UFO events in Ross Coulthart’s book ‘In Plain Sight.’
