UFOs flying around warships and being reported by US pilots could be of alien origin, according to Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). She oversees all 16 US (spy) agencies, including the CIA and FBI, and spoke at the “Our Future in Space event” at the Washington National Cathedral. She states, “Always there’s also the question of ‘is there something else that we simply do not understand, which might come extraterrestrially?”
The UAP Task Force report announced by the Pentagon over the summer admitted there had been unexplained encounters between the US military and enigmatic objects – such as the “tictac.”
Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).
While the report, which analyzed 144 UAP sightings, did not explicitly spell out a possible alien connection, it did not rule it other either as the mystery continues.
Avril Haines appeared to crack the door open even further for a possible alien link when she spoke alongside NASA chief Bill Nelson and leading expert Professor Avi Loeb.
And she also admitted there remain things about these strange UFO encounters that the intelligence community does not understand. She further highlights the necessity for more investigation.
Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), oversees all 16 US spy agencies including the FBI and CIA.
The DNI acknowledged there need to be better reporting structures so UFOs – now more generally called UAPs or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the intelligence community – can be sufficiently investigated. Haines has now become the most senior person in the intelligence community to hint at an alien link.
US legislators commissioned the Pentagon UAP report after a remarkable string of leaked UFO videos that showed military encounters with objects such as the “Tic Tac.”
This marked an incredible turnaround after the government dismissed the existence of UFOs after Project Blue Book in the late 1960s. The report acknowledges the UAP encounters could be previously unknown aircraft from Russia, China, or even a non-government terror group. But it did not rule out an extraterrestrial, or maybe even extradimensional, origin for these encounters.
Having listened to him many times on youtube, I believe him to be a genuinely good and decent human being. But it’s obvious he is holding back a great deal of what he knows about UAPs.
Lue has frequently been smeared by groups and people who have their agendas — all while accusing him of having a dark agenda. I think he is doing his best to get truthful information out to the public responsibly.
Lue always maintains an excellent public face to encourage the UFO community to seek answers about this UAP enigma.
But note that his hints and various definitive statements make it very clear that he believes humankind is facing a serious challenge. Here are some of Lue’s comments.
Cloaking
Luis states that UAP is known to engage in cloaking activity.
Orbs
Orbs – somewhat evasive in describing them, but mainly because, as he points out, they can include many different distinct phenomena. He believes they are sometimes “real” UAP, although they were not discussed at AATIP.
UFO/UAP secrecy potentially gives some companies major advantages over competitors
Lue thinks competition among contractors is inherently unfair because not all get equal access to “exotic” material. He also believes UFO/UAP secrecy potentially gives some companies significant advantages over competitors and, therefore, massive government contracts down the road.
UFOs are not a new phenomenon
He believes UFOs are not a new phenomenon. Lue suggests a possibility of genetic modification of humanity. He states how human beings were catapulted to the top of the food chain around 70K years ago. He does seem to suggest that we may have been tampered with, or more accurately enhanced, at around that time. He also implies that there’s another species that’s even higher on the food chain.
“Material related to this topic that has been recovered.”
It hints that Elizondo thinks that someone or some organization, presumably related to the United States government, has recovered UFOs or related technology.
“We can provoke reactions from them.”
He believes this is another justification for referring to them as craft, and not merely as some sort of natural phenomena or even artificial but etheric phenomena.
“There are very compelling photos that seem to show something inside, some kind of occupancy. And I’ll leave it at that.”
Lue has spoken to a number of individuals that apparently have persuaded him that this is real, that occupants to these crafts have been photographed.
Government transparency
He thinks we need government transparency on the matter of UFO/UAP. Lue states he is a big fan of Harry Reid and Marco Rubio.
“Hitchhiker effect”
He knows of something vaguely like this – which refers to a potentially paranormal phenomenon in which the person is “followed” by “something” after an initial encounter with strange phenomena.
AAWSAP vs AATIP.
Lue explains that the latter was a subset of the former. The former went defunct, but the latter remained.
Trans-medium travel
He implies that this might even be possible through rock, not merely space, air, and water. Lue also states that the notion that UAPs move through space and time and hence not really as our Newtonian common sense implies is “right on the money.”
Have there been biological samples recovered from craft?
Luis rephrases the question: “Have there been biological samples recovered? Yes.”
Criticisms of charlatans in the UFO field
Lue makes strong criticisms of charlatans in the UFO field who take other people’s money. He mentions no names, but it’s fairly obvious who he is referring to. He states that such people try to convince everyone that they and they alone have the truth. Lue is referring to pride, ego, and narcissistic behavior, even using the word sociopathic.
Conclusion
Every interview he’s done has left “breadcrumbs” for attentive listeners, based on his various statements about these UAPs. It seems obvious that there has been a great deal of interaction between our military and these objects.
Some supremely advanced life form or intelligence that we do not understand and cannot even prove exists is actively engaged with human affairs and likely has been for decades and probably much longer.
They’ve been tracked, arriving from deep space, and they sometimes vanish into the ocean. At some point in the 20th century, the U.S. government acquired incontrovertible proof of this but hasn’t officially acknowledged it — despite a veritable parade of ex-military and government insiders, scientists, contractors, etc. (some on the record, some not) saying or hinting that this seemingly crazy story is actually true.
The wreckage of a crashed alien craft (which is now politely and openly referred to in print and cable mainstream media outlets as “exotic materials”) is the least of it. Now we have (“potentially”) “biological samples” (read: alien bodies) in the mix as well as “occupants.”
The U.S. Senate requires the U.S. military and intelligence agencies to significantly increase the level of priority, coordination, and resources that they direct to the problem of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and share at least part of what they know or learn yearly with the American people.
The proposal was filed on November 4, 2021, by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) as a probable amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA, H.R. 4350). The full U.S. Senate may take up that bill before the end of November.
The Gillibrand Amendment would continue and accelerate a process visibly begun in the 2019-2020 Congress under the leadership of Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Senator Mark Warner (D-VA).
Investigating and analyzing UAP
Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL)
The Gillibrand Amendment requires the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community to create new institutional arrangements and dedicate substantial resources to investigating and analyzing UAP, and draw on UAP-related expertise from outside the government.
The Gillibrand Amendment would encourage progress towards greater UAP transparency by the government by requiring the issuance of public, unclassified reports on UAP yearly and by expanding the list of topics to be discussed in these reports to include various areas of particular interest to longtime students of the phenomena, including UAP events associated with nuclear weapons platforms.
Senator Mark Warner (D-VA)
If the Gillibrand proposal is embraced by other key senators — such as Senators Jack Reed (D-RI), Mark Warner (D-VA), Senators Jim Inhofe (R-OK), and Marco Rubio (R-FL), then it would have a good chance of becoming law. If history is any guide, it will not be surprising if some elements within the Executive Branch resist the imposition of new UAP mandates and disclosure requirements.
“Aerial and Transmedium Phenomena Advisory Committee”
The Gillibrand Amendment further contains a new section requiring the Secretary of Defense and the Director of National Intelligence to establish an “Aerial and Transmedium Phenomena Advisory Committee” to advise the ASRO and the DNI on UAP-related matters. A UAP advisory committee for a maximum of 25 appointees.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand
The committee would have no policy-making power. But, by invitation of the DNI, Secretary of Defense, or the head of the ASRO, or on its own initiative, the committee could offer “advice regarding best practices concerning the gathering and analysis of data on unidentified aerial phenomena in general, or commentary regarding specific incidents, cases, or classes of unidentified aerial phenomena.”
Furthermore, the committee would submit a yearly report to the DNI, Secretary of Defense, director of the ASRO, and the congressional armed services and intelligence committees, “summarizing its activities and recommendations.”
Why include “transmedium” in this new “Aerial and Transmedium Phenomena Advisory Committee.” Do they confirm they might have bases under the oceans?
Undersea bases make sense in many ways: They’d be hard to detect, impossible to observe by typical satellites, and would allow for complete operational privacy.
This may be a moment when politically diverse lawmakers act in determining concert to create a statutory framework that will foster a unified, well-resourced, governmental posture towards the persistent and perplexing problem of unidentified aerial phenomena.
Fuzzy photographers, random personal observations, and crop circles will never “prove” the existence of anything, especially since UFO’s appearance to humans is transitory and somewhat related to the witness’s state of mind.
What must be collected and publicly distributed is hard scientific data collected from instruments known to be accurate and reliable. Within the U.S., this information has already existed for several years and is still available today if one knows “what to look for.” and “where to look.”
Radar data and thermal imaging data are a good start, especially if one knows the flight envelope and maneuvering characteristics of a UFO. One government program that collects hard data on unidentified flying objects is the USAF DSP satellite program.
As the U.S. prepared for Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, sometimes staff from the DSP satellite program picked up “Fastwalkers.”
It detailed how it entered our atmosphere from “deep space” (origin actually unknown, and from the backside of the satellite.
It zipped by the DSP satellite pretty closely on its way to earth. It was going very fast, and it made a 30-degree course correction (turn) which means it did not have a ballistic (free-fall) reentry trajectory that a typical meteorite might have.
So, it seemed to be under some sort of control – although whether it was “manned” or just “robotic.”
This is based on leaked information from Wikileaks, according to Bob Fish, a former defense contractor. He was also the program manager for various highly classified U.S. government advanced communication systems projects in the 1980s and 1990s.
Those included the White House and several Executive Branch intelligence agencies. He also had security clearance above Top Secret.
Bob Fish
According to Bob Fish, the USAF is still collecting information on these “Fastwalkers.,” or “Fastmovers.” Reading the current official USAF “DSP Fact Sheet,” there is this line near the end: In addition, researchers at The Aerospace Corporation have used DSP to develop portions of a hazard support system that will aid public safety in the future.
Somewhere within that USAF program office is many years’ worth of Fastwalker data. Suppose someone were to collect and analyze it. In that case, patterns will emerge that can provide information about the various types of UAPs and their destinations, which would add proof to eyewitness claims on the ground about UFO activity.
UFOs In and Out of the Water
According to a senior USAF NCO who had worked previously for Project Blue Book in the 1970s who also worked as an ELINT technician (electronic intelligence) and flew in RC-135s from MacDill AFB in Florida, the “normal” target was Cuba where they did lots of snooping and sometimes challenging the Cubans to turn on radar and other systems.
He stated there were times when they were diverted from those missions to track UFOs off the east coast of Florida.
His case was the UFOs had a landing and takeoff spot in the ocean east of Miami, north of Bermuda.
He also alleged there was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water. Hence, the UAPs were easy to track. On numerous occasions, they filmed the UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa.
So are we searching for UAPs in the wrong location? Your guess is as good as mine. But according to the facts mentioned above from Wikileaks, we might just know where to put up the telescopes to finally catch a good picture of a real flying tic tac. Is this what’s going on with Avi Loebs Galileo Project with the help of Lue Elizondo and Chris Mellon?
