The University of Central Florida (UCF) offers a variety of housing options to cater to the diverse needs of its student population. Among these, the Libra Community stands out as a popular choice, particularly for first-year students. Let's delve into the details of the Libra Community and other housing options available at UCF.
The Libra Community
The Libra Community features six residence halls housing approximately 1000 students who are mostly in their first-year at UCF. It is strategically located close to essential facilities such as the Health Center, dining hall, and Recreation and Wellness Center, making it a convenient and desirable location for students.
Libra Community Center
In the center of the community is the Libra Community Center, a common area with a large screen television, used for area residential programming and student use. There is also a common kitchen area that students may use by request of the residence life staff. There are also two laundry rooms and an area for vending machines.
