Mia Thornton, known from "Real Housewives of Potomac", has addressed her recent felony theft arrest while celebrating her 41st birthday. The reality TV star marked her birthday on Tuesday with a series of black-and-white photos from a recent shoot.
Thornton was arrested last Wednesday on felony theft charges and was booked into Fulton County Jail. According to CBS News, police at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport apprehended the Bravolebrity after being alerted by the Customs and Border Protection office about a wanted person.

A police report obtained by the outlet indicated that Thornton is accused of stealing several furniture items and a television from the condo she was renting in the area. The condo manager estimated that the stolen items were worth around $11,000. The manager further alleged that Thornton suddenly “moved out of the unit in the middle of the night” without notice on Oct.
It was later revealed that Thornton and her ex-boyfriend/roommate Jared McGriff were sued for eviction on Sept. 11 by Company Encore Management, which owns the luxury condo they were renting.

In response to these events, Thornton shared her thoughts on social media. “This past week reminded me of the importance of staying grounded, especially when life feels loud. I’m stepping into another year with clarity, accountability, and gratitude."
