The Oura Ring is a powerful tool for tracking your sleep, activity, and recovery. But raw data isn't enough. The best apps help you interpret it and turn it into actionable insights to improve your day. To truly unlock its potential, consider integrating it with compatible apps. These apps can help you visualize your data, set goals, and personalize your health journey.
Last year, the company announced an integrations library so users can connect a host of services to the Oura app. To try these out, open the Oura app’s hamburger menu (in the top left) and select ‘Integrations’.
Top Oura Compatible Apps
Here are some of the top Oura compatible apps to explore:

Tips for Choosing and Using Apps with Your Oura Ring
How to Choose (and Use These Together)
- Use Lifestack if your goal is to schedule around energy. It gives you actionable use of your Oura data.
- Use Natural Cycles if cycle or fertility tracking is important to you.
- Use Strava or Sleep Cycle if you want to balance activity or better understand sleep.
- Use Bearable to capture how you feel and find hidden connections.
- You don’t have to use all five. Start with one or two. Let the data guide you rather than overwhelm you. Try Lifestack + one health or workout app first.
Remember, this is not an exhaustive list, and the best app for you depends on your individual needs and preferences. Upgrade your Oura experienceFurther tailor Oura to your health goals when you sync the Oura App with the health and wellness apps you already know and trust.

Important Considerations
The Oura App might not import data from integrations if:
- Both apps were not opened before midnight.
- "Background App Refresh" is disabled on your phone.
- "Lower Power Mode" is enabled.
If you have trouble syncing your activity data, verify that "Date Added" matches the date on which the activity occurred. When tracking activity, Oura only records your active calories. These calories include the calories you burn during exercise and not your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR, the number of calories required to keep your body functioning while at rest). Other fitness trackers and health apps will combine active calories and BMR.
“As part of our continued efforts to provide value to our members, we’re launching Integrations, which allows members to browse and connect some of our biggest partners with their Oura insights,” says Dorothy Kilroy, Chief Commercial Officer at Oura. You can find additional featured fitness, nutrition, stress, and women's health partners in the Oura App. Go to the menu in the upper left corner of the Today tab and tap on Integrations. The Sculpt Society (TSS) integrates Oura Readiness Scores to provide daily workout suggestions.
