The Usage Of Strategic Influence Against Luis Elizondo

In this article, I will take a close look at the government’s psychological tactics to cover up some recent claims of the destruction of Luis Elizondo’s emails.

What is Strategic Influence?

Many names have known strategic influence and its elements: foreign information program, psychological warfare, public affairs, international information activities, political warfare, propaganda, psychological operations, public information, public diplomacy, international military information, information operations, influence operations, and perception management. Moreover, strategic influence has always had both overt and covert components. The Destruction of Luis Elizondo’s emails is all over the media today. Is this proof of a strategic influence?

Strategic influence is nothing new; the DoD has conducted strategic influence campaigns since its beginning. The history of strategic influence in the DoD has been a roller coaster, with ups and downs and random unexpected turns in new directions. And like a roller coaster, it always ends up back where it started.

This oscillating method has resulted from an opportunity that using persuasion, opinions, and influence at the national level. It is sometimes thought of unethical and incompatible with democracy and that using “psychological tricks” is “dirty” and immoral.

The successful propaganda efforts of Department of Defence opponents also contributed to distaste in many circles for strategic influence. Anything that smacked propaganda or psychological warfare is something that only the “bad guys” did: first the German Nazis, then the Soviets. Luckily, despite this attitude and resistance, most U.S. administrations in the latter half of the 20th Century appreciated both the value and need for strategic influence.

Today, critical informational elements of strategic influence include public affairs, political advocacy, political warfare, public diplomacy, and psychological operations. While each of the parts contains an influential factor to some degree, by themselves, they do not constitute strategic influence. Public diplomacy by itself is not a strategic influence.

Psychological operations are not strategic influences. None of those elements can be conducted in isolation. Strategic influence constitutes the orchestrated combination of them all.

The Destruction of Luis Elizondo’s emails

AATIP, or (The Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program), was an investigatory effort funded by the United States Government to study UAPs (unexplained aerial phenomena) or UFOs (unidentified flying objects). AATIP was first made public on December 16, 2017.

It began in 2007, with funding of $22 million over the five years until the available appropriations were ended in 2012. And Luis Elizondo, was the AATIP program director. But that all change when DoD claimed there were no records of him doing this.

Since October of 2017, intrigue and mystery have surrounded Luis Elizondo. He says he headed a secret UFO study known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), but his journey telling the story about his career at the Department of Defense has been challenged by the Pentagon every step of the way.

And according to the Pentagon, they destroyed Elizondo’s email box. Is this proof of a strategic influence? Did the Department of Defence (DOD) had proper authorization to destroy the emails?

“battle of ideas”

“battle of ideas” should be won by those that have more communications consultants, information, advertising executives, public relations professionals, media specialists, political advisers, and psychologists.” This statement was originally written about “hearts and minds” campaigns during the Vietnam War, but the quote is equally valid today.

“It is the significant actions taken by the government in and of themselves, the appropriate and most desirable arrangements of such actions, and the manner and emphasis of the publication of such actions to the world, that advance the struggle for men’s minds and create a desirable climate of world opinion.” –Robert Cutler.

What Will The UFO Report in June 2021 Reveal?

In June 2021, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and other agencies are scheduled to deliver unclassified reports on UAPs to Congress. The US military has confirmed the authenticity of several videos and images showing encounters with unidentified flying objects feeding questions about what the Pentagon knows about such UFO incidents and others like them.

Next month, the report that will be delivered to Congress is the outcome of a provision in the $2.3 trillion coronavirus relief and appropriations bill that Former President Donald Trump signed in 2020. The requirement called for a “detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence” from the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, and the FBI.

The (DoD) Department of Defense’s watchdog is also set to investigate how the Pentagon has handled reports of UFOs. More questions will be announced in the near future on how these encounters were handled in recent years.

Sen. Marco Rubio says, “I want us to take it seriously and have a process to take it seriously,” Christopher Mellon, a defense official who served in the administrations of George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, stated more needs to be done, adding that the process for reporting UFO sightings should be destigmatized.

Is it Aliens?

Is it aliens?

The US government acknowledges that UFOs are real. US Navy pilot Commander David Fravor says, “As I got close to the tic tac, it rapidly accelerated to the south and disappeared in less than two seconds.”

Luis Elizondo, the retired head of a classified DoD program to research potential UFOs/UAPs, said in 2017 that he personally thinks “there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.” He continues, “These aircraft, we’ll call them aircraft, are performing characteristics that are not currently within the US inventory neither in any foreign inventory that we are aware of.”

What will the upcoming UFO report reveal?

Many continue to stay skeptical that the upcoming report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and other agencies will present a comprehensive look at the UFO issue.

And according to Luis Elizondo, “Best case scenario – there’s an interim report that will meet the intent of Congress with a promise to provide another report following this one.” He continues saying, “Unfortunately, there’s a lot more we don’t know than we do know. The good news is that we’re finally taking UAPs seriously.”

Harry Reid, Luis Elizondo, and others who have pushed for the government to release more information about UAPs say materials that have been released so far only scratch the surface of what is known.

Next month, the Pentagon’s UFO research group, also called the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, will go public with a UAP report requested by Congress. And no matter what that report brings, it will change anyone’s mind.

Is these UAPs Chinese, or is it Russian? Could it be their technology? And if it is, then they’re way ahead of the rest. What are your thoughts?

Are UFOs Watching Us Like a Plant?

For decades or even millennia, UFOs have been seen around the world. Why are they just watching us? Well, here is a theory of why this is happening. Scientists theorize that aliens may already be here for a long time watching us as we are watching a plant grow.

The theory might be that an advanced civilization would have sent thousands of tiny canisters into space, holding the germs of life programmed to incubate and grow when they encounter a suitable planet like the Earth-orbiting around a star.

Oumuamua

So, an alien species that started early in the galaxy’s history had the intention and resources to diffuse could have filled many parts of the universe with its artifacts or biological spores.

It could be done with objects like Oumuamua. Things like the Oumuamua’s odd, elongated shape and peculiar nongravitational acceleration could mean it was a mechanical probelike object — a light sail driven by sunshine — sent by an ancient alien advanced civilization.

Vessel Carrying Spores

This theory brought home to numerous astronomers the reality that vessels potentially carrying biological spores from other solar systems could actually reach Earth. This could also explain the reasons why UFOs or UAPs have been seen for many thousands of years on planet Earth throughout the history of humanity.

Most astronomers believe life must have sprung up somewhere in the 13.5 billion years since the galaxy was created, given that our sun is 4.6 billion years old. Alien civilizations in other parts of the universe could have been using robotics, probes, drones piloted by artificial intelligence billion years before our solar system was created.

Directed Panspermia

So there has been enough time for an alien civilization to become advanced enough to send microbes or micro-artifacts all over the galaxy, including to our solar system. Astronomers have even invented a sciency name, “directed panspermia,” to describe the act by an advanced alien civilization of “planting the seeds of life” on another world.

These microbes or micro-artifacts could be hidden inside a microscopic “shadow biosphere” that is so different from ours that we can’t even recognize it as biological in origin. Conclusion of all this is; We could all be part of an experiment where life was planted on Earth, and someone is watching us like we are watching a plant grow.

UAPs over French nuclear plants match the USS Omaha incident in size

French authorities declared 2014; they had detected “drones” over two nuclear power plants, the latest in a baffling series of UAP incidents across the country. The size matches the latest spherical UFO incident with USS Omaha. A spokesperson for security forces said: “Drone-type machines overflew two nuclear plants during the night.”

Enigmatic, seemingly coordinated drones appeared in 2014 over several nuclear power stations in France. A spokeswoman for EDF has confirmed the incidents, which she said happened around 9 pm local time over plants at Penly in northern France and Golfech in the southwest.

They don’t know who is behind them. But perhaps the most crucial question they should ask is whether these now widespread incidents pose a threat to nuclear facilities. UFO “Drone flights” were first reported over at least 13 nuclear facilities in October 2014.

The Size Match The Latest UFO Incident With USS Omaha

The flights have taken place often at night, involving UAP “drones” of different sizes and capabilities. They range from smaller models that would need to be operated within the immediate vicinity to larger ones around two meters in length, controlled from kilometers away. The latest UFO encounter with USS Omaha was size about 2 meters (about 6 feet). Is there a similarity? Are they the same drones/UAPs?

Flights have been carried out both in solitude and concurrently, with drones flown simultaneously over nuclear facilities hundreds of miles apart. And at this point, it is unclear who is behind them and, crucially, what their intentions and capabilities are.

Are the UAPs following nukes like a candle in the night? Like insects are drawn to bright lights. Maybe that's how they see our world. What are your thoughts?

The drone fights are in breach of the 2.5km no-fly zones, which protect the air space around French nuclear power plants. The actors and intentions behind the French drone cases still remain a mystery.

Greenpeace, who has previously flown a paraglider over a nuclear plant in France, denies any involvement, according to BBC 31 Oct 2014. So, who is flying those “drones” UAPs? What are your thoughts? Please leave a comment.

“Fast movers” USO Transmedium Vehicles

"Fast movers" USO Transmedium Vehicles

Eyewitness reports of USOs are nothing new. U.S. Navy nuclear submarines detect and interact with the underwater equivalent of Unidentified Flying Objects referred to in UFO circles as USOs or Unidentified Submerged Objects. Find out more about these “Fast movers” UFO or USOs Transmedium Vehicles.

The USOs are common – they even have a program to classify and log and determine their speed, and it goes into a vault

The fast-moving USOs are being detected by nuclear submarines packed with the most sensitive listening equipment on Earth. They comprised sonar arrays and computer systems costing hundreds of millions of dollars. Our ancestors spoke about “gods coming from the ocean.” They could’ve been referring to these USOs the entire time, and we took it as mythology. Learn about one of these encounters in this short article.

Could “They” Be Originating From Our Oceans?

The reports suggest that the UAP Task Force appears to be concerned that the objects being termed as UAP may originate from within the world’s oceans. Strange as this may sound, the idea of “USOs” or “unidentified submersible objects” is not something exclusive to the current UAPTF.

And according to Tom DeLonge in a post from Instagram, “a few years ago an unidentified craft (USO) was underwater and pinned against the North Atlantic coast by multiple nuclear attack submarines for over a week.”

USO Report From a Nuclear Attack Submarine

UFO researcher and Astronomer Marc D’Antonio describe a ride aboard a nuclear attack submarine in the North Atlantic and the unexpected appearance of a very high-performance object on sonar.

The account from his report reads:

“D’Antonio operates a special effects company called FX Models that offers Naval contracts, said to him: “And as a thank you for doing some work for them, The Navy asked him if Marc wanted to go for a ride in a nuclear submarine, so Marc said yes.

Once they got under, Marc was sitting in the sonar station, and the sonar operator was sitting next to him.

“Submarines are loud, he said – people believe they are very quiet, and it’s true they are on the outside because the sound doesn’t get out. But inside, you hear fans, noise – it’s a continuous noise on a sub.

He was sitting there zoning out a little because he became seasick, and all of a sudden, the sonar kid shouts “fast mover, fast mover,” and Marc jolted awake – thinking, ‘What is happening? Is it a torpedo?’

Then the executive officer comes out, and the operator shows him the object’s path, and the officer says, ‘How fast is that USO going?’

The kid said ‘several hundred knots. Marc starts to lean forward to listen in – and the officer said, ‘Can you confirm it?’

He went to another sonar machine and confirmed it wasn’t a machine anomaly – it was real. Marc thought, ‘Wow, that is incredible.

“When the sonar person said, “What do I do with this?” the officer said, “log it and dog it” – in other words, log it and bury it.”

D’Antonio said he was doing some more contract work for the Navy when he spoke to a senior naval person about what he encountered. “Can you tell me about the Fast Mover Programme?” He replied:

The USOs are common – they even have a program to classify and log and determine their speed, and it goes into a vault, according to Marc D’Antonio. What are your thoughts about these USOs? Please leave a comment.

Luis Elizondo Thoughts on UFO Disclosure

Listen to Elizondo’s thoughts on the Pentagon’s upcoming request to brief Congress on all it knows about unidentified flying objects UFOs within “180 days.” And according to the Senate Intelligence Committee’s directive, the report needs to contain detailed analyses of UFO/UAP data and intelligence collected by the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, and the FBI. He is interviewed on this short video clip by Sara Carter.

Lue Elizondo Thoughts on 180-Day Report

The 180-day report slated for June is likely to be an interim report and only the beginning of a more expansive effort to answer the hard questions:

  • What are the capabilities?
  • What is their intent?
  • Where is it from?
  • What does it want?

Moreover, the briefing will cover “observed airborne objects that have not been identified” and feature “detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data collected by:

  1. Geospatial intelligence;
  2. Signals intelligence;
  3. Human intelligence; and
  4. Measurement and signals intelligence,” according to the request.

Luis Elizondo Thoughts on UFO Videos

“In my opinion, the videos in the public sphere so far are some of the least compelling cases that our pilots, radar, and other advanced sensors have collected. And that should say something!”
