After vanishing into the Prism Gate during the Dawn of Fire, the long-lost Outer Islands have finally been found - and they've crash landed in the Mirror timeline! The meteoric arrival of Space Island's central moon, Staggeron-IV, has upgraded the alternate Cruv'laapht's eye socket from cavity to crater. The Psychic Titan's spaceborne critters must also keep watch for cosmic debris, lest a rogue asteroid poke them in the, well, eye. Mirror Psychic Island is the seventh Mirror Island and second Mirror Magical Island.
The Mirror Islands are a group of Islands in My Singing Monsters first released in Version 2.0.0, on August 31, 2016. They are mirrored variants of the Natural and Magical Islands, with great aesthetic differences and slight mechanical changes.
The Mirror Islands are alternate versions of the Natural and Magical Islands with drastically different appearances: the Mirror Natural Islands are notably covered in pink webbing and feature traits from their respective Ethereal elements, as well as remnants of structures from Dawn of Fire, whereas the Mirror Magical Islands are imbued with their respective Outer Islands from Dawn of Fire.
Each Magical Island fills in the space that the Outer Islands used to take up before their disappearances. Further cementing this, the song of Psychic Island begins in the same tempo and key as that of Space Island.

The Island's Origins and Evolution
This is the main article for Psychic Island. While the Monsters were waiting for reinforcements to explore more of Fire Frontier, a previously unknown group of beings suddenly appeared on the island's surface. Introducing themselves as Psychic Elementals, they explained that the island itself was actually an enormous entity known as Cruv'laapht.
Records indicated that the Titan had moved in to fill the void left by a cosmic island from ancient times that had one day simply blipped out of time and space. Content to harmonize with their new Psychic pals, word was relayed back to the other Monsters to divert their efforts to the continued exploration of the Monster World.
Psychic Island is available to purchase for 1,250,000 Coins after unlocking Fire Haven. It is a Magical Island, featuring Magical Monsters and manifesting the Psychic Element. It was added to the game on September 4th, 2019 during Version 2.3.2. It is home to 58 Monsters and 82 Costumes. Psychic Island was originally released as Fire Frontier, the third Fire Island. After holding a contest as to which element would be added next, it was revealed that the element would be Psychic.
Fire Frontier's Hidden Element
Which Element do you think Fire Frontier hides? In My Singing Monsters Live Episode 47, it was revealed that while the Monsters that found the Island thought it was a good place for a new Fire Island (thus Fire Frontier), the Psychic Monsters had actually been there all along, and essentially stated, "Hello!Just so you know.. I'm very happy with the way that everything happened. [...] The Element teams - Team Air, Team Cold, Team Earth - did such a good job of repping their Elements throughout the month, with the team challenges.. [...] Part of the reason that we did that, of course, is that we had this big reveal that we wanted to do, so we wanted to make sure we had a little bit of sleight of hand going on.
If you listen closely, a Repatillo track can be heard during the end of Phangler's second track, meaning Fire Frontier would've originally had the Earth Element with Edamimi as the Quad. With the original draft of Psychic Island revealed, it is confirmed the Quad for the island was meant to be Edamimi. This had been proven by the game's new info screen, stating that it is a Titan, known as Cruv'laapht. Cruv'laapht's name origin is derivative of the works of Lovecraft, an American author famous for making sci-fi, magical, and horror fiction stories.

Monsters of Psychic Island
The Monsters of Psychic Island are of the Plant (), Water (), Fire (), Psychic (), Control (), MindBoggle (), Dipster (), and Titansoul () elements.
Since Psychic Island lacks the Cold (), Air (), and Earth () elements, no Monster with those elements can exist on it (except for Edamimi, Bisonorus, and Bowhead, who are not obtained through breeding).
Just as with Fire Haven and Fire Oasis, there is also a difference with Monsters that have the Fire Element, as they take longer to breed and are more difficult to obtain because of their long absence from the Monster World.
Breeding on Psychic Island is relatively simple, requiring two Monsters with the target Monsters elements. Multiple combinations can obtain the same Monster, so for simplicity, only one combination will be listed per Monster. Single Element Monsters cannot be bred and must be bought from the Market.
Only Rare Single Element Monsters have different combinations than their Common variant. They are bred with two different Triples that share the same element as the Rare Single. Breedable Monsters that are not in the main selection of Monsters have special breeding combinations as well as special combinations for the Epics as well.

Seasonals are only available during their respective Seasonal Event, or during other promotions where they are available. Paironormals are particularly hard to breed.

MindBoggle Event
During MindBoggle, Psychic Island, along with its Obstacles, changes to match the event. Boo'qwurm and its variants become available, along with MindBoggle Costumes. The Island Skin can be bought for 1,250 Diamonds () or $4.99 to keep the appearance year round.
Once the skin is purchased, special boosts will be applied to the Island, regardless of whether or not the skin is equipped. These include 10% faster baking and 10% faster breeding. The skin was released on August 9th, 2023, during version 3.9.3.
Did you know that Monsters only use 10% of their brains? Actually, that's totally wrong - and if you pick up a book, you too will learn something new during the celebration of MindBoggle! Recognizing the joys of reading and the challenges of brain teasers and puzzles, it was originally founded by notable Boo'qwurm literary figure Rylek Du’Brom, author of the epitomic collection of essays and short stories 'The Lost Habits.'
The Titan Cruv'laapht itself is understood to be a devout adherent to the cause, manifesting bookcases in the shape of eldritch cousins and populating them with enough books and Bib'leos to extend your reading list unto eternity!
Additional Tips for Playing
Don't work on too many islands at once until you've learned how things work or you'll suffer from attrition and slow progress.
- Research monster farming so you'll know what to do when you're ready.
- Never use diamonds to speed things up - just wait and hoard your diamonds early on. They are not easy to acquire.
- Never pay full price for dipsters - try to wait for sales when they cost 1 key each.
- SPIN and play the memory game each day to get free currencies.
- Login each day at least for a moment to get the higher login bonuses (ex - day ten gives 25 diamonds!).
- Eventually "Mini-Mine" structures will be available for 10 diamonds, to create one diamond per day each. Put one on each island you can as quickly as possible. It'll pay off big time in the long run.
- Skip unnecessary stuff (costumes, most decorations) at first. EXCEPT for when you view the LIKES of each monster to make them happy.
- Whenever a monster gets to level 15, you can visit Gold Island and copy it there (not all monsters, I believe - not sure). Try to get all monsters to level 10 at least so they earn you coins quickly.
- Remove a couple obstacles (trees, rocks) each day. That clears space and gives you XP points (for raising your level - upper left corner of the screen).
- When Wishing Torches become available (level 12?), place at least 6 on only one or two islands that you want to focus on, then promote your friend code on this forum so others can light your torches and you can light theirs. (My friend code is 4002213413BB). That helps breed rarer monsters.
- Drop your friend code wherever you post here. (Use the Friends Menu - your code is in the upper right corner).
- DO NOT join a tribe until you know how they work, and have a good way to farm the shards you'll need to really help a tribe.
- If you're into composing, note that a new song costs 25 diamonds, then 50 diamonds, then 100 diamonds, etc. So plan out what you want to do there carefully in advance. It's really fun, but expensive! However, the monsters on that island are pretty inexpensive.
- The Colossingum doesn't do much for you, but training monsters costs little. So train one every day or two to prepare for when you do want to explore that island more.
- If the music is important to you, realize that which monsters you have, their position on the island (left or right pans their sound left or right), the MUTE button for each monster, and each monster's volume control on the MOVE menu lets you tailor the song to sound as you wish. Also, after you upgrade castles you'll start to get a bass synth sound from them.
- Most important of all, use the Friends menu to visit as many other peoples' islands as possible, upvote islands you like, and light their torches when you can. That will earn you Star Power (the blue stars). That will also show you what is possible and help you plan what you want to achieve or avoid. Otherwise you'll be running blind until you reach level 20 or so. For example, I don't like those giant robots at all (Wubbox?), so I'm sorry I wasted time working toward those for a while.
- Watch some YouTube tutorials. Not that they are all great, but they'll help you get a feel for things you can't see until you're at a much higher level. Knowledge is power!
- Have fun.
