Karuna Reiki Symbols Explained

Karuna energy® carries the purpose of “ending the suffering of others”, supporting all compassionate actions towards self and others.

Karuna Reiki® is the quintessence of Reiki Universal Life Force. Its own symbols and attunement techniques were received while various forms of Reiki Healing were researched by very gifted Reiki Masters.

Reiki symbols are basically sacred healing symbols that help in enhancing the flow of universal life force energy.

Karuna Reiki® presents eight symbols with specific energetic frequencies for specific conditions. Here's an explanation of each symbol:

Gnosa	Know Sa	Clears clutter from the mind, strengthens connection with the Higher Self, brings higher consciousness into the body, raises awareness of self-dimensionality.
Kriya	Kree yah	Double Cho Ku Rei, used for physical manifestation, healing the human race, brings in and releases energy, balancing it, raises awareness and manifests thoughts.
Iava	Ee-ah-vah	Helps us see through our conditioned thoughts and beliefs, frees us from past conditioning, enhances real-world awareness, helps implement plans, planetary healer.
Shanti	Shawn-tee	Meaning peace, aids in healing, helps live in the moment, lets go of the past and future, dispels nightmares, calms the aura, bringing peace.

Om or Aum

Om or Aum is a very powerful symbol. It is beyond time, as it’s considered the source of all creation, the eternal oneness of all that is. Before being discovered as a symbol in Karuna Reiki®, it was the most sacred sound found in Yoga. In many eastern spiritual practices, the Sanskrit symbol is used. It represents the three manifestations of all life: creation, preservation, and destruction. The Universe's sacred sound. Use it to seal in other symbols or parts of the attunement. Om purifies, stabilizes, seals, protects, and connects with God. Om is chanted and visualized in gold by individuals or groups for healing or psychic attunement. A father-mother beckoning creation, U = son/daughter, the evolution of individual souls, and M absorbing all that is created.

Zonar

Zonar is a symbol of Karuna Reiki® which stands for healing past lives, karmic and inter-dimensional issues. Marcy Miller channeled it after receiving it from Sai Baba during a meditation. Pronounced "Zoe nar." To draw the symbol, draw the "Z" three times, then the infinity symbol. This symbol may help with past lives. The theory is that cells store trauma memories and ideas from this and previous lives. This symbol is thought to help us release these issues and their karmic consequences. So it's thought to help with child abuse. It also helps us define issues and open our minds to issues and our humanity. Finally, dimensional access.

Halu

Halu symbol is an amplification of Zonar due to the added pyramid. It works especially on higher dimensions and deeper levels. Kathleen and Marcy channeled it from Sai Baba during a meditation. Pronounced as "Hay-lou." True love and beauty are Halu. It also means peace. It's a deeper healing ray. The Z is finished and the pyramid has been added. Zonar is thought to be more powerful than Halu because it works in higher dimensions. Halu is said to re-establish that it promotes "deep healing" on causal and karmic levels. Take in the symbol and its energy. To use Halu for this, draw the symbol in the air and connect it to the divine compassion in your heart. In the oneness of this love, no psychic or psychological attacks can harm you. Raise your hands and send loving energy to those who attack. Rama

Rama is a symbol used only by those attuned to Karuna Reiki®. It's pronounced "ra-ma." Rama connects with earth energy and the six directions. It opens, aligns, and balances the lower chakras. Rama purifies the lower chakras. It can help people with lower chakra issues (survival, lack of overindulgence, lack of desire for sex, power struggles, etc.). Rama can be used to cleanse crystals and a room. It empowers and manifests material goals. Rama instills tenacity and resolve. Kellie-ray Marine channeled it. Rama is interchangeable with Ram or God.

Rama symbol is one of the symbols of Karuna® Reiki. This symbols can be used to manifest materialistic goals. It creates direct link to earth energy hence helps in grounding. Draw Rama symbol on feet chakra to open feet chakra. Draw the symbol on crystals to cleanse and purify the crystals. It also harmonize upper chakras with the lower chakras. Draw this symbol with SHK to bring peace and harmony. Brings responsibility.

Helps remove negativity from house, office, shops or any work/play place. Draw the Rama symbol on walls, four corners and at the center. Reiki for about 3-5 minutes. It will clear-off negative energies.

Gnosa

Gnosa is another Karuna Reiki® symbol. It helps to clear clutter from the mind while strengthening the connection with the Higher Self. Maria Abraham channeled it. It's pronounced "Know Sa." Maria and Kathleen call it "Planetary Healing and Enlightenment." In Greek, "Gnosis" means mystical and spiritual knowledge gained through feelings and divine prophecies.

Gnosa is the knowledge that God reveals to all of creation equally and through intimate personal connections. A stronger connection to the higher self, Gnosa, brings higher consciousness into the body. Gnosa raises awareness of self-dimensionality. It can spin a merkaba in the heart, raising consciousness. Like Harth, it is a primary symbol in Karuna Ki.

Kriya

Kriya symbol of Karuna Reiki® is a double Cho Ku Rei used especially for physical manifestation and healing the human race. It's pronounced "kree yah." Pat Miller channeled it. Kathleen Milner calls it "Cho Ku Rei" or "double Cho Ku Rei." Kriya is an action verb. The Kriya Law is one of action and creation. Draw the symbol with both hands. Kriya is used to manifest. It is believed to heal the human race. Kriya brings in and releases energy, balancing it. Kriya raises awareness and manifests thoughts. It's the perfect balance.

Iava

Karuna Reiki® symbol Iava (EE-AH-VAH) helps us to understand that we create our own history and future. It's pronounced "ee-ah-vah". Catherine Mills channeled it. Less is more. Say "Earth" with the first small loop, "Water" with the second, "Wind or Air" with the third, and "Fire" with the fourth. Iava helps us see through our conditioned thoughts and beliefs. Thus, we are freed from our conditioned beliefs and see things as they are. We are free to respond to others in the moment rather than reacting to past conditioning. Iava can enhance real-world awareness. It helps you implement your own plans. Iava is a planetary healer.

Shanti

Shanti is a beautiful Karuna Reiki® symbol meaning peace. It's pronounced "shawn-tee." Pat Courtney channeled it. Shanti means "peace." Shanti aids in healing. Shanti can help you live in the moment and let go of the past and future. Healing is often hindered by past hurts and dreams. Shanti helps us stop re-creating past feelings and beliefs for ourselves. Using Shanti and sending peace to these past situations frees us from our past attachments. We heal in love. Shanti can help you manifest the best results. It dispels nightmares. Shanti calms the aura, bringing peace.

Karuna Reiki can be used along with traditional Reiki for a more intense and powerful healing process.
